By purchasing my services you automatically will agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

If you are not willing to agree to the conditions, do not request a commission.

I do not accept AI generated art

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.

You will agree to credit me as the rigger/animator/artist either in your twitch/twitter bio or about section.

Violators of T.O.S will be blacklisted and I will no longer work with you.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

You may not claim my work as your own.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as a rigger/animator/artist only.

I reserve the right to post work in progress clips on my socials unless the client states otherwise

Payments may be made in full or in 50% installments. 50% will be paid before I start work and 50% will be paid before I send the finished product.

Payments are made via Vgen.

If payment is not made within 24h after I've accepted, the commission will be cancelled.

Payments will be in GBP

I will refund the full amount if I choose to cancel the commission.

Once I have started work on your commission there will be NO refunds.

If we agree on a payment plan (50% deposit) and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your deposit if you cancel the Payment Plan or commission.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting.

Please allow up to 2 months for me to complete the commission ONLY once I have started. You can check your place in the queue on the waitlist. If your commission is complex I may need up to 3 months for completion which will be discussed with the client.

If you have a deadline the client must discuss it with me.

Rush fees are 25% of the commission price.

I will not take rush requests if I already have a lot of rush requests which I will inform the client.

I will send updates and progress clips.

I will also send updates and progress clips on the client request however excessive questions and requests will not be considered and may result in a cancelation of the commission.

Whilst it is good to show examples of work you may want to show as a reference, do not expect me to replicate others styles.

You may ask me for adjustments and edits. After 3 edits (unless it is a fault on my part) You must pay an aditional fee.
